Yes,you saw that right,its davidu according to my HOD.and this story/joke/piece is about davido the guy up there.So we were in the HOD's office, the HOD was there Professor,Kike,Sogo was there same as Grace and Tunde.The converstion went thus
HOD;(To Tunde)So you are a disc jockey?
Tunde;Yes sir
Prof;Ehen?Oga ooo so u like music that much?
We(giggling)
HOD;I don't know whats wrong with the children of nowadays always music music music
We;chuckling
HOD;thats how during the convocation at Babcock University, when the Minister of Finance was saying a speech,Daviduu entered and the whole students applauded him.Even the applause he got was more than that of the Finance Minister
Prof;ehen?who is Davidu?
HOD;its like he is a musician
Prof(cuts in); what is he doing there?are they studying music in Babcock
HOD;no o he was part of the students convocating
Kike;its not Daviduu its Davido he is also called omo baba olowo
Prof(excitedly)is he the one that sang the song emi omo baba olowo, ema dami duro
Kike,Grace,Tunde and i were all laughing

HOD;what kind of songs do you children listen to?instead of you to listen to song by musicians like Obey.I dont listen to songs like that,why do you listen to it?

If my grandma were alive today,she would av been 85yrs old.and if she were alive today,I would av been telling her all these but because she isn't m penning it down. I loved everything about my grandmother,the way she talks,works,tells us stories(about her and all)and everything. She called me Fiyinfoluwa and my sisters,Oluwatoke and Oluwaseye.
